I stumbled across this on CL and was just curious, it does have a 531 decal but I thought these were lowerend bikes. There are more pics on the listing, link below

Raleigh Lightweight Road Bike - $335 (Harrisburg)

• Excellent Condition!
• Raleigh Grand Prix
• 58 cm (23") frame; sized for persons 5'8" to 6'1"
• Shimano 105 components throughout with index shifting - quality Japanese anodized aluminum (NOT gunmetal)
• Reynolds 531 frame - British steel!
• Very low mileage - probably less than 200 miles
• Original owner - will show receipt - includes owner's manual
• Stored in house entire life -- zero rust/corrosion
• The bike is ready to ride, and all components are perfectly tuned

Yeah, that's for real. I believe they were made in 1986.

Yes, but notice sticker says "Frame tubes". So that's the only thing Reynolds 531.

Quick google yielded this.

And something a little out of left field-

Looks like the year of that colorway was 1986.

+1 It's legit, I've seen Grand Prixs before.

Pretty nice too. Doesn't do it for me at $335 though, maybe $250 and I'd get it.

What the heck is a 'colorway?'

I though you had to move to Portland to use that word?

Yes, the three main tubes (TT, ST, DT) are butted R531. The chain and seat stays and fork are probably hi-tens steel. Nothing
to sniff at.
