A Strange Italian. 1981(ish) Luchini made in Aosta, Italy. Anybody ever heard of it?

I posted about this when I first found it, but I really would like to find out more information about it. I'm thinning the herd and this will likely get sold since it's a tad bigger than I prefer and is redundant with my Merckxs (Merckxi? Merckxeses?). A general idea of the value of the frameset, the Campy SR parts by themselves and the complete bike would all be helpful but I'm most interested in finding out information about the brand.

I bought it from the original owner who was a little vague. He told me he saw one in a window of a shop in Aosta when he was in Italy in the early 80's and had to have one so he "had them build [him] one". I don't know if he meant a custom frame build or if he just had them build a frameset up. Originally was equipped with all Campagnolo Super Record but he 'upgraded' it in the 90's with 8s Shimano 105 STI. I have the original custom drilled SR levers but unfortunately don't have the RD or FD.

Fork doesn't really match but he assured me it was original. I've never seen the gold on the fork crown or stays like that before... The finish appears to be Chromovelato and is flaking in places.

Crankset, headset, seatpost are Super Record
Shifters, FD, RD are Shimano 105.
Hubs are Campy Record 36h. Mismatched tubular rims: arc-en-ciel Super Champion and Nisi.

Never heard of it. This means nothing. If you don't find anything out, there is an Italian version of our board that is quite helpful. They were a big aid in finding info on my Bonanno, a similarly obscure Italian maker.

I paid 450 for the Bonanno. However I think trying to price these obscure Italians is utter guesswork. I was pretty happy with that price and felt it was on the low end (most I have ever spent on a bike).

Info on how I communicated with the Italians and a link to their board should be in above thread.
