I can't help you with the missing crankarm, but wanted to say cool bike! Do you have some larger pics?

It's worth a lot. They were made in small quantities and quite popular these days. The Bullseye cranks are pretty rare also. I may be able to tell you a lot about your bike if you put up some nice photos of the components and frame details.
