Good amounts of patina.

Would be selling F/F and with a Campagnolo Record headset.

It's an odd piece. Reynolds 531, but was brazed up with Shimano dropouts and made for center pull brakes, I believe (notice the the rear brake stop is on the drive side, unlike many modern machines).

If I was shopping for that kind of frame from that maker, I would look for Campa drops. The odd sizing (in my book), shimano drops and what looks like longish stays brings the price down. As it sits and no damage or touch-ups I would say around $300 or so.

That's just my opinion and I don't get around much.

It is made for 700c or 27" wheels? How long of brake reach would it need?

Made for 27" wheels. A Campy brake reaches a 700c brake surface on the front, but not the rear - you'd need a drop bolt to run 700c out back.
