Panasonic touring deluxe

I've seen this ad fairly locally for a Panasonic touring deluxe....how much would you pay since the price isn't listed?

I believe its a 60/61cm frame so it might fit me (I'm 6'2")...Any feedback on this bike would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks..

Panasonics don't get the respect they dererve. That said, a cantilever equipped touring bike should be in the $250 neighborhood.

Certainly worth north of $200 and maybe as much as $300. But KS is probably not a hot market so I'd offer on the low end of the scale. The bike has nice parts and a nice frame; that is a quality used bike.

Yeah, I'd say $275 is fair. If you are going to do the work yourself fixing it up, go for it. Otherwise I'd pass as all the work it probably needs will add up fast paying a shop to do it. 30 year old foam "bar tape" and nose down saddle are not good signs that this bike is ready to ride.

Yeah I'd do any work myself but the seller stated that the bike was "checked out" at a bike shop...whatever that means. Probably not much.

Anyway I guess the frame is only a 58cm so its too small for my big body....I need a 63cm most cases....Oh well.

Thanks!
