Still learning
I would say it is a 1985 PGN 10, if it has a Reynolds 501 decal on it. How do I know? Four reasons:
1. You can go to retropeugeot.com and look it up.
2. It looks like a dead ringer for what I picked up last month, shown below.
3. The age of Aquarius disco rainbow highlight paint.
4. Because I'm now a senior member of Bikeforums.net!
Value can be from $125-$250 depending on condition, reconditioning. I will probably keep this, but if I were to recondition and remarket it, I might push for $300 in the NYC area. The frame is extra clean, with no material scratches.

That seems like a very large frame, maybe it's just the angle. Big frames are harder to sell.

+1 on it being an '85 PSN-10:

That's an 84/85 Peugeot PGN not a PSN.......see the Reynolds 501 tube sticker near the shifters? the PSN would have a Super Vitus 980 tubing decal.

I'm so very sorry, Chombi. That was a typo on my part. It will never happen again.
