Bianchi help...year and model ?
I have an old bianchi I am trying to know the year an make of its full campy made in Italy with rear deraiuller pat. 83

Great looking Bianchi. That is Bianchi Special tubing made by Columbus yes? I am pretty sure it is a '85 and the top of the line model but I do not recall if the top model was the Mondaile or the Super Leggera that year.

Thanks! It's a lot different ride then my sport sx that's for sure but Yea the tubeing is bianchi special from Columbus with cinelli handle bars and stem the campagnolo pedals that came with the bike were new in the box and are Superleggeri so maybe the latter of the two you mentioned maybe ?

The pedals would have no bearing on the model of bike.

+1 Pedals mean nothing. I took plastic MTB Walmart pedals off the Tommasini I bought.

Well least it came with good pedals and not mountain bike ones haha expensive now days to buy just pedals in new condition but yea bianchi sport sx was my original start and what got me hooked as well !its done me well for years but looks it now so I had to upgrade sence bikings my only transportation need something last more years
