Thoughts? I am still on the hunt for my first road bike, not looking for anything fancy, would rather something low cost in case I do not stick with it.

Seller says the bars were replaced recently, and tires were just added.

That's a fair to good price if it is ready to ride. The Novaras that I have seen are well-built, nice riding bikes.
