Seller sounds like an older gentleman who has no idea about this bike. He has several bikes listed, so I imagine he is a flipper. His ad reads:

Mivata 21 Speed Road Bike - $195 (W Columbia)

Is it worth the money if it fits and is in good operating condition? I plan to look at the bike tomorrow.

It could be the picture, but that top tube looks odd. The front tire looks like it is too close to the frame.

I agree with the top tube comment. It looks as if there is some damage from the bar striking the tube. Hopefully it's just paint damage.

+1 Depends on condition, I sold a 718 (earlier version of that bike) for more, but mine was pristine and ready to ride. This bike looks like it needs some cleanup and service, so that to me makes it overpriced, particularly in an average market like Columbia.

I don't like that mark on the top tube either. It looks bent to me, in a weird location, so its probably just the camera angle. Inspect it carefully!
