1958 Raleigh Lenton GP

Any Raleigh experts care to share a valuation opinion on this 1958 Lenton Grand Prix. It has the Benelux der. 4 spd in rear and lever gear change up front. It is missing the pump, the fenders and fork light bracket that I can see....

Thanks,

Joe

Looks pretty nice. The Benelux stuff is pretty rare. The paint seems good for that old of a bike. I think I'd go get it if I had the cash. I sometimes pay too much for a bike that I like though.

I learned a long time ago to not waste time when a good deal presents itself. Were that bicycle presented to me for $400.00, it would be purchased immediately and without any haggling! I would not want to take the chance of upsetting the seller, and, believe me, when a seller gets upset, nothing will get him or her to sell you the bike. Well, almost nothing.

Get the bike!
