Hi everyone,

I am looking to buy a vintage bicycle and wanted to know if anyone can give me a ballpark figure of how much it's worth? This bicycle has Columbus tubing and has Campagnolo shifters/derailleurs. It also has Modolo brakes. Thanks for looking.

Does it fit? I am pretty sure that is an '84 the last year for the Nuovo Racing then reborn as the Alloro/ Nuovo Alloro. The frame is likely a TreTubi Columbus w/ Falck stays (Chromoly just a different company and therefore less expensive) and the mix Campi/Ofmega Modolo kit typical of the day.

Those Modolo brake lever are not stock and one of the ugliest levers I ever saw.

I think the price is a bit much for anywhere but Calif. If you can get it under $400 I think that would be a better buy.

It looks qite a bit bigger than the Veloce you were asking about the other day. Which one will fit?

I'm guessing that my frame size ranges from 54-56cm? I'm around 5'10ish with an inseam of 32". Do you think it'll fit me?

I would lean more towards 56-58 but yes I think this will fit.
