70's? Carlton Raleigh Competition
 
Curious about value as I am debating if it is worth restoring or passing along to a C&V buff to appreciate. While viewing photos keep in mind I have the Huret Jubilee RD and TA cranks and BB. It could use cleaning, polish, very minor touch up (assuming how meticulous new owner is).

I would value it as a frame plus some parts. Frame I'd say $150-ish but check eBay completed auctions for other Competitions. The parts I don't know.

I would say only about $100 maybe $150 if you really want this particular frame and just not a nice vintage frame. Your really only buying the frame on this one this looks like someones failed have completed single speed fixed gear project. I usually avoid other peoples have completed projects unless I can get a really great price.

The Jubilee RD is worth at least $75 alone or more if in good or better condition.

The OP already has the Jubilee RD and crank. They are looking at maybe buying this frame to put them on.

I already own the frame, I am looking to sell it either by itself, with the wheels, with the TA crank, with the RD, or any combination thereof.

IMHO, most money from selling parts individually. Otherwise sell a complete bike. Only The highly knowledgeable buyers would take on someone else's project, but don't pay top dollar.
