Does appear to be a Schwinn Voyageur. With Road Champion Handlebars?? I have a 85 Voyaguer (got it for $220 a year ago) - Voyageurs are nice bikes. This one appears to have had a number of changes - Biopace Cranks, Deore Rear Der. $395 seems a bit steep. Finding nice touring bikes of this quality is getting harder to do though. Maybe try to bargin it down as it is no longer original.

It's a nice legitimate touring bike but I agree, $400 is high the way it's presented. Saddle all the way down, poor photos, cables look original... This bike likely needs some work. If it's anything like 99% of the used bikes I've bought, it needs a complete overhaul.
As-is I would want to pay about $200 for it. Biggest question: does it fit you? That's a tall frame. How tall are you? |
