I'm not exactly sure if this is the correct size for me for I never rode on a bike with drop bars, but assuming that the size is correct is this a good price?

Definitely a fair price if it fits you and the frame/wheels have no major damage.

Nice deal at $175. Should fit you if you're 5'11" to 6'1". Won't last.....

The subject bicycle appears to be a circa 1988/1989 model. As stated, the owner has made substantial upgrades, though they're a bit curious on what is essentially an upper, entry level bicycle. It uses an adapter to permit a quilless stem to be used with the threaded fork. The bars look very wide. The crankset doesn't have a great reputation. Lots of wear around the pedal holes, like pedals have been installed and removed several times. This bicycle shows substantial use, even on the new crankset. Good price if it fits and everything is in good condition but make sure you take and install your pedals and give it a thorough inspection and test ride.

+1 Worth it, but a really odd mix of parts, slapped together, and worn.
