It looks nice but I don't know much about it. For $800+ the seller could disclose a little more info.

I can garner a few details from the pix.
Spade cutouts in the lugs are a nice touch. Also the seat lug with integrated binder bolt.
From the non-recessed front brake bolt, assuming this was built with period components, maybe 80's?
The remains of the seat tube tubing sticker look like Reynolds 531, but that's just a guess.
$800 would not be out of line for a custom build.
