It's not crazy, but it's high IMO, at least for CL. It has some non-original parts, doesn't have the panto gruppos you'd really want to see with one of these and I'm not wild about the crank-seat post. I don't know the DC CL market, but I'd guess it's going to sit at that number.
Some here love them, but I don't think much of the 10spd Drive Ciocc imports.

I love my two Cioccs but this bike is over priced by a few hundred bucks. It looks a bit rough plus for a thousand dollars you'd think the seller would put up some colour photographs. For that kind of money, you can do a lot better.

57cm Ciocc Frame (olive/gray color) That looks big for a 57 unless he is measuring the TT
Cinelli Stem
Cinelli Handebars
Campagnolo C Record Brakes Athena Calipers..... Levers??
Kalloy 3D Lite Seat Post
Velloce Crankset
Mavic Open Pro Wheels
Campagnolo Road Hubs & Cassette Front looks like a NR/SR high flange so what is the rear? Somehow I don't think it is cassette
Vittoria Rubino Pro Tires (less that 50 miles on them)
Selle Italia Turbo Saddle *original leather* (not included, but will sell in addition if interested)

That has to one the least expensive Coooches I have ever seen for sale.

Pretty much a $400 to $500 bike. The parts mix and lack of a saddle would make it really close to $400 for me.
