need to id this frame

need to id this frame

when i stripped the fork to repaint, there was 1 layer of grey, one layer of white, then a color of red, then primer.
the frame , fork and rims were all red and looked original, all other parts were new and made in japan.
there was a emblem on the fork, all that can be read is SHE.
