Vancouver is a hot market for vintage road bicycles. I, personally, would need better pictures to suggest a value. I do see Dura-Ace cranks and that is a very good sign. Don't get all excited about that Simplex rear derailleur - they are incredibly common on lower end bikes from the seventies.
Were I in the market for such a bike, I would go as high as $200.00 and that would depend on the condition of the bike. It would also depend on the fit. Please keep in mind that I rarely pay much for a vintage road bicycle but an old Moser is a worthy steed, depending on its quality level and, once again, condition.
I built this Moser up and sold it year ago for $800.00 but it was practically mint and fitted with high end components.

If that was my bike and offered $200 I wouldn't even bother to respond back. I would think the frame alone is worth $200. Blurry pics don't reveal to much. $400 is in the ballpark if the components are as good as the frame.

Dura-Ace and what appears to be an SLJ are very good signs but it's hard to tell much else from the pictures. As stated, Vancouver is an extemely hot market and $200 would probably be an insult but I'd need to know more to assess it properly.

Difficult to value this one. The parts are nothing exciting and a real mis-mash. Can mostly be ignored as far as value.
The question here is what's the frame worth. moser have been around for a long time and offered bikes at several price points. unless the tubing type can be proven to be something special, I wouldn't offer more than $200.

look for dents in the tubes and problems like stuck post or stem, stripped crank puller threads etc. It's true value will make itself known.
