Contemplating selling my Mercian

I have chisled my short list down to 3 bikes and I am very close to pulling the trigger on a either a Lynskey, Wilier or Ridley. I have no garage or other dry place to store a bunch of bikes. I will also be getting a bike for my wife as something has to go (the additional money will help fund the wife's bike too). I was hoping to get a little input on valuing my bike. I dont know if this is in the correct sub-forum, if not feel free to move it.

The bike is a bit unusual and finding a comp is difficult, so I am not sure what I can expect to sell it for. It is a vintage steel Mercian King of Mercia, Ultegra 9 STI shifters, Ultegra Drive train (double),TTT Forgie Stem, Ritchey Comp Alloy post, Velocity Aerohead wheelset, Dura Ace Head set, Shimano STX Cantilever brakes, Low endish specialized saddle. I built this several years ago and I have swiss cheese for a brain, so some of the part details are fuzzy (like BB, chain brand etc). The not very detailed pics I have posted were prior to changing out the bar tape. Overall the bike is in good shape and is stored in my guestroom...thus the need to make room. Its been suggested that I part it out, dont think I want to go through that much trouble. Again, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

That's a cool frame, are those canti studs original? How old is it?

Parts mix is pretty random, for something like this I would strip it and part it out. Even though it looks like a good build, I doubt many people would want it like that (especially with the threadless stem adapter setup.)

Finally, driveside pictures please! Driveside pictures!
