Cannondale Black Lightning with SunTour
This bike is in very good condition, all scuff marks touched up on frame. It's a 48cm, the Criterion model. One owner, kept indoors, lightly ridden a few years and stored indoors since 2008. Is $300 a fair price?

Impossible to tell without pictures.
But if it's really a 48cm, you might not have much choice as those size frames are really hard to come by. If you need a 48cm, I would probably go for it.

The photos suck. If the seller has described it accurately, it's an okay deal. I would try for $250-$275. It will need a lube and tuneup at least.

Very hard to find XXS size. So if that is what you need, you better grab it. Ad is pretty poor, so you will have to make judgments in person that cannot be made from here.
