Trek Carbon ZX 2120 with Brooks Saddle on CL

Saw this one on CL. Its dated from a while ago, but I am wondering if the bike, plus the brooks saddle makes it worth the $500 asking price. I don't know much about brooks saddles pricing, and the bike is listed in Fort Collins, CO, a heavy bike town. I live in Denver so it would be about an hour and drive. Wondering if its worth it. Looking as it as a possible flip, which I am looking to do more as a hobby than anything else.

Well roughly the saddle is worth $100 which in my opinion does not make the bike worth $500 certainly not a flipper

Thanks. I am new to old bikes and saw 49cm 2300 for $1,200 on ebay. I know its a different model, but was hoping it would be close enough to be worth it. Thanks again.

You do know to look at completed auctions only, or as a minimun, ones that have gotten bids.

Please show us a link to that $1200 auction if it actually got a bid.

I do know now. It was a buy now bike: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Trek-carbon-...item519d04bc4f

When I originally searched on ebay, I entered trek 2120 carbon zx and got that link. Drilling down more, now, on just 2300 completed listings, most are going for super cheap.

Pass. Subtracting $100 for the saddle you are still at $400. That bike is not worth $400. Especially for a flip.

Old ad = not a deal. If it was, it would be sold already.

Why would anyone pay $100 for a used Brooks saddle? You can have new for less.
