Can someone identify this head badge?
I picked up a frame last Friday. The owner said he thought it was a Soma, but the badge doesn't look like any I have seen. The frame has been repainted so there are no decals or any other identifying marks. I've not been able to locate a serial number on it. Any thoughts?

Thanks guys. I think the parts from a trashed Schwinn are going to rescue this one. I need to pull the fork so I can see the original paint color.
