1960s Sears Spyder?

Hi,
I was given this bike along with a number of others. I think it is a Sears Spyder from the late 1960s but do not know for sure. Can anyone tell me if I've identified it correctly and what it might be worth? (Sorry if the photos are not real clear. I can take more and of different locations on the bike if that helps.) These are a little harder to nail down Dave. The Raleigh Choppers & Schwinns Krates, Stingrays, etc are more popular & collected. The Ross Apollo & other muscle bikes are tougher to apraise. Looks like it lost it's chainguard. The second shift lever is a"parking brake", ? only Sears bikes had it. I'd clean it up, repack the bearings, new cables, etc but might take a while to find a buyer. I had a Spyder in grade school. Mine was a darker purple. The shifter handle was black plastic and the gearshift "case" was a chromed plastic, but mine was rounder, more like a football I guess. The seat isn't original, obviously, as it was Sears branded and was a shorter banana than the Schwinn. Great bike. I can't remember the derailleur at all - I was too young.
