Peugeot Mixte - CL fair price?

Peugeot Mixte - CL fair price?
Hi, I've been looking for a mixte. Not sure this is the one I'd want but would certainly appreciate gaining knowledge on what would be fair pricing.
What I do like about this one is the location of the rear brake. What is missing is fenders.

I am on the fence about calling and going to see this bike. It's about a 4hr round trip for me so it would have to be something special.

Peugeot Mixtes are nice riders. The one in the listing is a early 1980's edition, probably a P18 and nice because it has the more desired upright touring bars than drop bars, but a lot of BF members hate the chrome wheels because they don't brake well when it's raining. I'd say the price is on the high side of FMV by $20-$25, because it looks as if the bike has not been cleaned or overhauled recently. With the four hour drive, I recommend pass.
I sell a lot of Peugeot Mixte's, but they are cleaned and overhauled. The one below is available at $100 over the Lawrence KS Peugeot, but it has new tires, tube, saddle, grips, handlebar, cables/housing, and wheel + hub bearings.

The price would be about right for major city hot market. But considering the location and likely need for an overhaul it is on the high side. While nice there isn't anything real special about this bike it is just another steel framed mixte with pretty basic components and steel wheels.
