Nishiki Cresta GT

Hello all. I found this nishiki cresta Gt for 200. Ill be looking at it tomorrow with my friend, its for him not me, and was wondering if the price is justifying to the bike? My friend is around 5'9"

In my opinion it would seem so. We're in the los angeles area.

$200 seems pretty fair in the Los Angeles market, in my opinion. If the bike is a good fit and there is not major damage (dented, bent, rusted, missing components), then I would not feel bad at all at paying two hundred bucks for such a bicycle.

^^ This ^^

Bring the right tool to check this. Usually a 5mm hex. Although in LA, a bike that clean-looking probably has';t seen any real moisture.

Well my friend just updated me and he got the bike for the asking price.
hes bringing it to my garage tomorrow so I can show him the basics for tunning and etc. I'll be overhauling it too.

Thanks for the help guys!

The bike looks solid and clean except for the missing front brake. To bad your friend already brought it this could have braught the price down $50 in negotiations. Even though still a good buy for the $200 price range in the a tough market.

Yes! The seat is so low; the top of the post may have deformed the top of the seat tube. It's not a deal breaker, but be dead sure it's not stuck....
