Hello Djurkege, Welcome to the forums. Where are you and this poor Bianchi?

I am thinking you a '96ish Trofeo with a Campagnolo Stratos group. If have acess to a hose a buck of soapy water and sponge (like washing a car) is how I would attack this bike first. Then after most of the dirt and grim is knocked off you can start the real cleaning and waxing.

Any information on the tubing type?

If need far more than just a cleaning. It needs to be be completely, stripped, then cleaned and everything overhauled. Scrapes or drive side shifter and tape suggest it may have been crashed.

Yep, wash it, rinse it, get another camera, reshoot it, repost.

+1 a good cleaning and photos would really help both the OP and us get much better feel for the bike. Based on the current photos it is hard to say much more than it is midlevel Bianci fromn the 90's.
