Bikes on CL: Randor, Peugot, Schwinn, others

Here are several bikes within my price range. Are any of these a good deal or worth negotiating?

Randor 10 Speed Road Bike $180 - http://newyork.craigslist.org/brk/bik/3802544025.html

Hybrid Bike $175 - http://newyork.craigslist.org/brk/bik/3836454910.html

Peugot $150 - http://newyork.craigslist.org/que/bik/3835260084.html

Single Speed $180 - http://newyork.craigslist.org/brk/bik/3830826557.html

Schwinn 10 Speed $180 - http://newyork.craigslist.org/brk/bik/3792202311.html

Also, could anyone tell what the weight of some of these bikes are? I live in an apartment with no elevator, so carrying a relatively light bike for several flights of stairs is one of my concerns.

They are all heavy, and very low end, except the Peugeot. It needs some love, but its a good deal, and will not last long.

Better move FAST.

The rest are heavy turds, including all the rest for sale by the person with the Peugeot. It may be still around as the seller used one of his crappy bikes as the lead photo (lazy buyers don't always click on the other pics).

Make sure seat post is not stuck, and MOVE, MOVE, MOVE.

Note, I am factoring in greater NYC market value here (hot market).

+1 on everything but the Peugeot being total junk. The Peugeot might be OK for the price if it's in good working order and doesn't need a lot of work. But it does appear to at least need a basic overhaul and cleaning the rusty chain and flat tire don't seem good. I would only go $120 considering condition.
