It looks like the crank arms and hubs are Rival. The Derailleurs say Sachs Huret on them. The wheels are campagnolo and the brake levers are Rival as well. Hope this helps!
edit: Also, this would be a flipper. It's much too large for me, so I am hoping to make a profit if I pick it up.

Yes, but I cannot find any info on it, either on bikepedia or bicyclebluebook. It doesn't seem as though these bicycles were made outside of the year 1996, and it appears this bicycle does not match any of the models (based on colour and components, though someone could have changed the components).

tons of these were sold as bare frames. ZAR was an importer amongst others
