1965 Bianchi Track Bike ID Help

1965 Bianchi Track Bike ID Help
This is a Bianchi Track Bike
I think a 1965
The ID number 165452 is on the top of the seat tube
It has some sweet decals including the columbus tubing decal as well as some nice campagnolo decals
I'd really like to know the model
The bike has a full campagnolo record group set
The spokes are tied & soldered
There was a rear brake added which included the campy cable guides
The downside of which is that they damaged the paint
over all if the bike is a 1965 it is in great shape
This one should be in a museum or riding the boards at the Cleveland Velodrome
