5 speed Regina G.S. Corsa (13-21) and SLR Brake levers

I bought an 84 Trek a few weeks back and was overhauling the hubs when I realized I didn't have the right tool for the freewheel. I ordered the FR-2, but it didn't work and took it into a LBS, but they didn't have the parts either.

I looked up the part on velobase and found that I'd need the following part(s) to remove the freewheel:

Bicycle Research CT-1;
Shimano Dura-Ace (new);
VAR 186, 188, 01

Has anyone worked with this freewheel before? How can I tell if it's English or Italian threading? I'm thinking of selling for store credit to my LBS and would want a fair price for it, understanding that they would want to sell it for profit. I don't want to buy a $15 part if I'm not going to be running into this part very often and I want to make sure that I buy the right one if I do indeed buy it; I'm not sure how accurate velobase is.

What's a good asking price? What if I ebayed it too?

I also have some SLR (BL-L331) that I'm thinking of getting rid of as well. They don't have any hoods. What's a good price for those (in credit and ebay)?

Bicycle Research CT-1;
Shimano Dura-Ace (new); I think this only fits early DA freewheels.

Has anyone worked with this freewheel before? How can I tell if it's English or Italian threading? It is most likely English depending on the hub brand, but I think it should be printed on the hub shell behind the threading. I'm thinking of selling for store credit to my LBS and would want a fair price for it, understanding that they would want to sell it for profit. The bike or the FW tool? If you want a fair price sell it yourself on CL. See what people are asking for similar bikes and ask $50 less. I don't want to buy a $15 part if I'm not going to be running into this part very often and I want to make sure that I buy the right one if I do indeed buy it; I'm not sure how accurate velobase is.

Unless they are in pristine condition, without hoods they have little value. Which SLR brake levers are they?
