Vintage Raleigh Bike from the 1930's????...Need info!!! Please HELP!

Hello there, I recently inherited a vintage Raleigh bike made in nottinham England. I was wanting to know what the age of it/what model it was. Everything appears to be original including the paint job, tires, and satchel attached to the seat. If I was to guess it was made probably in the 30's or 40's but im on expert. Any guess as to value as well? Thanks!!

look near the seat-post for a serial number, also check the rear hub for a date code on the hub, with that lettering and seat i think it's after 1950

chainring looks to be 1973-1977

Early to mid 1970s Raleigh Sports. Rear hub will have a date code stamped on it. Maybe $50-100 depending on condition.

Looks to me like it's got a Sturmey Archer 3-speed on it, meaning there'll be a 2-digit number on the back hub that tells you the date.

I would say early 1970's British made Sport as well very nice bike. These make great rider's amd yours is in good condition not worth a tone of money $150 or so.

Depending on where you live, a 3 speed can rot on Craigslist for a long time. In a decent sized urban area or a college town, it will move if you don't price it too high.
