1972 , i'm trying to recall, was his workshop still inside Velosport Cyclery at that time or had he already moved to that red brick building that backed onto the freeway in Oakland; next door to Beacon Cycle Supply?
this would have been few years prior to the involvement with Basic Tool.

Its like some people have a check list. Things to do to guarantee this bike never sells. No. 1 Extremeley high start price. No. 2 pick up only I live in Tierra de feugeo. No 3 Pictures that are just black blobs. No. 4 No discription. No. 5 Extremely high shipping costs. There's a guy on Spanish EBay with a lot of very nice NOS Italian frame sets. He starts the auctions at euro 1.99 shipping is euro 749.00. Ed

Hmmm. Is this the FS section of BF? This one sure looks like a repaint. Why does this theoretically cool bike have minimal appeal? This is one of many recently offered, very nice, over priced-at-auction bikes from the same large collection. Amazingly, some seem to have sold at their inflated prices, so go figure.
