Eddy Merckx Delta C-record
Again an (interesting) inquiry from Amsterdam. I've been looking quite a while now for a pair of Deltas or a complete c-record group, to finish my Battaglin.
Now I found this Eddy Merckx with C-record group and asking price is €700 ($910).
My guestimation would be that the group alone in good condition would be worth €500-700 ($600-$900). The frame I have no clue about!
Bring it on

It's a Chorus seatpost, can't really see the pedals. I think the middle end of your estimate is about right with c-record hubs. The frame is probably worth around $500ish WITH THE RIGHT FORK and you have another 150 in bars/stem/saddle/rims.
That fork definitely looks like a replacement, which means you need to very carefully check the frame at the headtube for damage. At the least, ask why the fork was replaced.
I agree that the parts are worth admission here, but that's not how it works; with a replacement fork, I think the total package is $800ish max IF IT CHECKS OUT. If he wants part out value, it has to be parted out.

That has been listed for ages now, more than 6 months now, so I think he may be willing to go lower. The group looks fine but are the hubs on the wheels also C-Record? I ask because those rims are kinda clunky and I would suggest something nicer.
Does the seller have the original fork? The frame is a Corsa Extra in a popular size so you could potentially sell it for a good chunk of money if you have the original fork.

Withdrew my initial offer of €700 because of the fork. Still a beginner and failed to notice the lacking of original square-edged fork (if you know what I mean).
I agree with KonAaron Snake, there's more questions than answers here. And given the fact that's been listed ages and not parted out, says enough. Checking it out would mean an agonizing 6 hour journey, so probably will bounce the deal.
Thanks for the info, keeping my eyes open for a better one!
