Handle Bars and Stem
Hi All
added question and a speedy answer will be greatly appreciated. How old are these parts? Seller says they are from 1990. Let's see...
Would like to know what these white leather taped handle bars with stem, and hooded brake levers are worth? See picture for makers stamp on stem. Was listed as a NOS/Vintage. The brake hoods have a large C with Star inside the C. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks...

$15 to $20. Appear to be steel bars, basic kalloy stem, basic levers. Kind of stuff that I donate to the co-op.

If the tape is leather, then the tape is worth as much as the bars. Add for that if you need it.
As something to use, its a group of cheap parts with expensive wrap on it. Myself, I don't bother with steel bars.

This stuff in this condition grows on trees. $15 max. even if the bartape is leather, which I seriously doubt.

February, 1981 might be close to the mark.
