Mystery frame. Without knowing more about this bike, I would pass.

Meh...$300 is quite a bit for what could be a fancy department store 12 speed. I'd go 60 maybe on an unknown roadbike.

+1........it looks like a good bike....but with no pedigree; I'd keep looking for a known quantity.....

Seller says it is a race frame. Race frames don't usually have eyelets for racks/fenders, but that's not a bad thing if you are looking for a commuter.

Regardless, this is still a pass.

That's a tiny frame for a 5'11" seller.

"Its a 21 inch frame, fits me a 5'11" male well, the seat and handle bars are adjustable, so it should be able to fit larger and smaller adults. My new bike is actually a little bit smaller."

This alone should tell you the seller doesn't really know what he's talking about. It appears to be at least a decent frame (forged dropouts and integrated derailleur hanger, this isn't department store crap), but with the complete jumble of components on it, it's obviously a "clear out the parts bin" build. His $450 asking price is simply delusional. At the $300 you have him at, you're still getting ripped off big time. I think about $150 would be an appropriate price for this one.

Go check out Walmart sometime. Most if not all their bikes have Shimano components.
