Price this Malvern five star
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-Vintage...item1c33ca373c
I'm kinda hoping somebody here will pull the trigger so it would stop staring at me
$400 on the 'or best offer' was automatically rejected. I'm more afraid of what it would cost to build this up right.

I have seen better examples.
I think it is overpriced at $400. but not by a huge amount.
One to smile, admire and wave at and not feel too bad about.
Until it drops in price. This is part of a big collection that is being sold through the same seller. Many of the prices were top of the market or beyond, some have dropped over time. Having a third party provides plausible deniability and insulation about concerns and details. As the auctions all have a "no returns" policy and the descriptions often are lacking, there is a discount that goes with that risk. The seller and his client will eventually understand that or someone will keep the bulk of their nice collection as it did not sell.
