1939 Ladies Elgin

I've been restoring a 1939 Ladies Elgin "Complete" with Stewart Warner Floating Front Hub found by a landscaper
in Ocean City, MD. It was found buried in brambles, vegetation, and sand slowing rusting away to nothingness. Sadly,
once exposed to air the original paint could be blown off (that which wasn't already rusted off). Also, sadly, I have been
unable to bring the skip-tooth chain back to life nor the original seat.

Here is my attempt to extract a bike out of it so far. (Need a few fiddly bits) And, JB Weld is awesome stuff.

Anyone got a skip tooth chain?
