It's a real Frankenbike but with some nice pieces. It's probably a plain gauge Reynolds 531 frame though it also looks the fork may be bent back. It's hard to tell as the wheel is turned wrt the frame.

the frame looks to be a Black Diamond model or equivalent. it appears one model below the three tube Reynolds plain guage model.

This old Falcon sold for $150.00 plus about $140.00 for shipping. The buyer, a fellow in California, reported back to me that he loved the bike (about two weeks after getting it) but, sadly, it had been stolen. He asked to buy another one. Like I have them hanging on trees. Actually, now that I think of it, I do know where there are a lot of vintage bicycles, all hanging in trees...
