1999 Bianchi Team Bike?
Hi all, new to the forum (and just realized the there was "whats it worth" right below the classic and vintage which may be more appropriate for the topic. and I'm doing a bit of research on my bike. I've had this Bianchi Team bike for around 10 years now and was mulling over throwing some nice gear on it and churching it up a bit or selling it as- is and putting some of that money toward a new bike entirely. From the looks it seems like a 1999 paint job but I have no idea. I've contacted Bianchi directly but haven't heard back. The Frame itself seems super light, the components seem average. Even though the bike is showing some age overall its still a great ride its loves to go fast. Its never been crashed (at least when I've been on it in the last 10 years...) The only major issue I see is the cracked derailleur hanger though its been like this since I bought it and I've never had any issues with it....
- thoughts on actual year?
- reasonable value (if any)
Thanks in advance for any info you can provide!

Just looking at the ad you linked to and your bike - the ad's bike is Campy Record. The front fork also looks different, but that could just be the photo angles. The frame is a Reparto Course, though, and that's a positive. But the joints don't look as clean on yours as the ad bike.
I'll bet bianchigirll can come along and ID it for you.

I agree you don't have the bike in the ad you posted. Can you post a pic of the TEAM decal on the TT and the decal on the DT near the chain rings.
I am pretty sure this is a ( are you and the bike in the US?) '99 MegaPro L Alloy frame. This would have been 3rd down in the Reparto Corse road bike line up taking a seat behind the MegaPro XL Titanium and the top of the line Boron frames. It came as frame only so the owner could build it how he pleased. Bianchi wasn't doing any 'kits' that year. When I bought my '99 MegaPro Ti the friend I bought it from let me order my kit from one of his suppliers and I got to cherry pick everything from the bars to spokes.
Unfortunatley with the cracked FD hanger the value on this is pretty much nil. but if you want to sell it you can always shine it up and try it on ebay.

Thanks for the info! I was also pretty sure I didn't have that exact bike, it was just the closest thing I could find to serve as a jumping off point... I really appreciate the information thus far. The set up was definitely for me on a budget so they're not great but have served me well. I think thats where my main question was.... and the answer that I seem to be getting from Bianchigirll... is that while the frame is nice enough in its current condition its pretty much mine for eternity or someone else's at a low price. I've uploaded some additional shots, so any additional information would be great.... Thanks!!!!
