Replacing a Schwinn Voyageur 11.8

Sorry in advance if this is the wrong place to post my question. I was in a wreck recently, and my bike took the majority of the impact. The mechanic at my LBS is suggesting I search for a similar frame to quote the woman's insurance company. The frame is a Chrome '81 Voyageur set up as a single speed cruiser. It's a bummer, since I love this frame, and haven't had a problem with it in the five years I've owned it. So I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a comparable frame. I know these ones were built by Panasonic, which attests to the quality. I don't need braze-ons for downtube shifters, since I plan to run the new build as a single speed. I'm hunting around for a chrome 55-56cm Voyageur/Paramount without much luck. So I am looking for new frame/value-of-my-old-frame suggestions. Thanks.

That sucks - hopefully you were not hurt.

I have a chrome 11.8 1981 Voyageur that is pretty much stock. Seat and tires as per normal.
Too bad - it is the 25" Model.
My whole bike is worth probably $300 max. That is a WA guess - there are others on this fourm that would have a better idea of value.
