Post us some pictures and give us a detailed list of components.
Warning: Do not look at ebay in an attempt to price these. There are a number of them there with prices in the thousands, even ten thousand. Those bikes have all been on the bay for a very long time, and no one has bought them. Possibly because even for the very best of the models, prices top out at about 300$.

Ross bikes take a bit of a penalty in the market due to their name; the name actually tend to subtract value.

Still learning
Well, the photos aren't shot in daylight and aren't sharp enough to read the decals other than hi tech. Needs a lot of love, cool stem. $35 IMHO.
