Hi From a new member, can anyone ID this bike?

Hi Everyone
New to the forum, just brought this part frame and was wondering if anyone can ID it? it has campy dropouts with what looks like a super vitus BB cage. The steerer lugs are unusual, I would place it as late 80's early 90's as it has braze-on lever mounts. It comes with a NERVAR STAR crankset I brought it from France. any pointers would be great!
Here are some pics.

Cannot tell you anything about the frame, looks nice though, What are the BB threads? French I'd bet. Tighten the chain before riding, thats a really poor fixie conversion.

I honestly have no concrete idea however Oscar Egg does come to mind...

I don't know anything about it; but I really like the lugs!! Very art deco!!!

Oooooh, that looks like the same Lugs, when did they stop making OE frames? or did they just carry on with lugs? This is defo not a 50's frame.
