Looks pretty beat up but seller assured me there are no dents and no rust - only paint issues. It could use tune up according to him (ie cables, bearings, etc).
Given the condition, Cromor tubing and season - I offered $100.

What is it and what would be fair price?

The "Tretubi" on the cromor sticker means only the three main tubes (TT, ST, DT) are cromor; the other tubes (HT, SS, CS, fork blades) are something else, likely hi-ten.

I think your $100 offer is fair.

Thank you, I did not even notice "tretubi" - was focused on "cromor". For whatever reasons - never had good lasting relationship with cromor frames.
