Mongoose Omega Worth It?
Hello There,
Looking to pick up a Mongoose Omega for $100 and not sure if its worth it. I know these bikes were good in 1996, but is it worth the money now?
Comes with Full Shimano RSX Groupset, RSX hubs, 700 c tires and Mavic Wheelset. Looks like it just needs tape.

Looks to be a real good buy needs a little work but will worth a couple times the asking price if everything works. Your not going to find much with a decent canti post frame and working STI shifters and good wheelset for under $300 in most markets.

Sweet! Yeah pulled the trigger this morning and quite happy. I know mongoose was good back in the day, but knew the quality has not been the same for a long time.
