Info help for Bianchi Nuova Allora

Bought a Bianchi Nuova Allora off a friend of a friend. Just curious to get more info on it. Appears to have all Campagnolo components and Shimano shifters. Here's what I got:

Frame is celeste (chipped away in places to reveal the bare metal):
Tubi Rinforzati
Formula Two
Cromo Molibdeno
Produzione Columbus
Made in Italy sticker

The Fork appears to be from a different bike that was painted celeste to match, I can see red paint where the Celeste has chipped away:
Foderi Forcella
Bianchi Formula
Columbus

Serial: 14531 6D

The Bianchi Nuovo Alloro came with Campagnolo Nuovo Record components. By the mid 1980s when this bike was made, these components were close to the end of there life span. The shimano shifters are not original. That fork might actually be original. I have heard a rumor about Italian makers using red primer on their bikes. I think this Bianchi was made some time around 1984 or 1985.
