Man, I dont think any of those are nice or well priced. Best option would maybe be the super sport because it looks like it has RSX STI shifters, but I dont know if they work right. I think this Cannondale with Ultegra components would be a better bike for you, still a little overpriced unless it is immaculate, but way better option. 52 CM Ultegra Cannondale Roadbike

This one looks good as well. You can always make an offer. The Murray is a very low quality bike. 52 CM Raleigh Technium Roadbike

I'm trying to stay under 150 but I'm starting to see I should probably raise that. I'm 5'6" do I think 50-52 is suppose to be my size. What do you think I should go up to.

That is a loaded question. I would bet there are many of us who have more than one $1000 + bike.
This is always a interesting subject. You don't want to spend too much incase you don't like it or don't have time but the more you spend, the nicer the bike will be, the more you will enjoy riding it, the more you WILL ride it. Only you know your budget and what kind of riding you will be doing. If you are commuting to a school, I would say no more than $150 because it will probably get stolen. If you can keep it in your apt, garage ect, you should be able to get a nice bike for $250 or less. If you want STI (brifters) that Cannondale is pretty nice. Offer him $300 cash in person. If he doesn't take it walk away, maybe go up $325 a little bit later (maybe a day) over an email.

Everyone has a budget, $150 to $200 can get you a nice bike ready to ride. $200 to $300 can move you up a level. If you offered the guy $140 or $150 on that Raleigh he might take it. Size is very important as well. A bike that is too big or too small is not going to be very fun to ride. On the other hand having no bike is no fun either.
