Help identifying bike manufacturer

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure if I'm posting this on the correct area, but I would like to know if someone could help me identify the manufacturer of the frame in the photo:

The guy who sold it to me said the frame was from 1985, but I don't know how reliable that is. However, judging by the frames lugs, it sure doesn't look recent...

Thank you in advance

I don't know what that is, but someone will. But post it in the regular "Classic and Vintage" forum if you're not looking for an appraisal. More people will see it there.

Is that the only pic of the frame available? Can you supply us with a bit more information? Is there a decal stating the frame material? Is there any stamping on the dropouts or fork ends? Do you know the seat post or bottom bracket shell size? Is that C embossed on the frame anywhere?

Carrera? Concorde? Cornelo? (doubt it though) Isn't there a Colier or Colner something like that?
