Help identifying bike manufacturer
Hello everyone,
I'm not sure if I'm posting this on the correct area, but I would like to know if someone could help me identify the manufacturer of the frame in the photo:

The guy who sold it to me said the frame was from 1985, but I don't know how reliable that is. However, judging by the frames lugs, it sure doesn't look recent...

Carrera? Concorde? Cornelo? (doubt it though) Isn't there a Colier or Colner something like that?
