The value of the bike will be dependent on where you live. Some members here sell mixte frame bikes and supposedly do well. They usually perform all of the service that it requires before the sale (cables, tires, chains, grips, lube, tune up, etc.). It appears the bike has not been reconditioned at all, so that would affect price. In my area, mixte bikes don't get a premium at all and sell for $100 plus or minus $50 depending on condition.

Here, in as-found needs-work condition, $100, maybe $150. Mixtes are desired by some people, old French bikes appeal to some people, hence the "maybe". I sometimes see similar bikes, fully reconditioned, in the local bike shops and at $400 they are still sitting there a year later.

It is what that style of frame is called, as in its a mix between a traditional men's frame and a women's frame. I would say 175 as a value, but once again it is dependent on your location, and likely needs to be advertised to get any kind of interest.

None that I know of for this level of bike. Plus, given your inexperience shipping a bike is probably best not attempted, the potential for damage is great and the price of packing and shipping would add 50-100 to the price of the bike. Check out shipping costs on ebay for actual prices of vintage bikes.

Ebay is not an accurate determiner of prices for bikes that are being sold locally. Ebay attracts buyers from across the world who bid against one another, this can drive up prices. Also there is a premium for buying exactly what you want when you want it, you don't have to wait for the bike you want to show up locally. If you are going to sell it on Ebay, sure the prices will be accurate.

You haven't said where you're located. Some markets are better than others for older bikes.
The Cromix rims probably mean steel. Aluminum would have been better.
The Luxtub frame description probably is a mid-range tubing at best. Any ACCURATE weight of the bike available?
You took a pic from the wrong side, but I'm assuming based on the shifters that the derailleurs are Huret - this is a plus over the alternative delrin Simplex models for this target market.
q/r front and rear is a plus. Lower range would have been front only, or worse, neither.
I think $200, unless you're in a hot market, would be a stretch.
