Couple of Peugeots
I was wondering what the value of these two bikes would be? One appears to be 60s/70s and the other one one looks like it's 80s to me. The older one needs tires and the newer one rides great. If you need any other info feel free to ask. Thanks

Are you buying or selling, flipping or riding? The older Peugeot needs more work to make it ridable, so Id think 75-100 the newer appears to be in better shape, 125 or so. But then, I am simply unable to calculate the Peugeot factor, so maybe can add 25-50 for the cachet.

I'm thinking about selling the older one, but I might sell both depending on what I can get. I was just looking for rough estimates of what I should ask for them. Thanks

Still learning
Photos with some detail would be helpful, along with infer off the paper tag on the left chain stay on the newer bike. Also, have these bikes been overhauled, which is about $175-$200 at a local bike shop, or have both never been comprehensively service? Also, what city are you in/near? Without the info, the value range is a crapshoot with as much as $150-$200 difference.

Most markets figure $150-175 for the black one more than it's worth in IMHO. I would say $100 for the red on a much more interesting bike and actually a bit nicer despite condition, plus it has what look like the nearly unataniably good condition Mafac levers with while hoods original furrels and whilte lever covers. I have brought a bike similar I didn't realy like for $150 just to get a complete Mafac brake set with all the bits pieces intact.

I'll get some more detailed pictures tomorrow. I'm in the bay area, which means the bike markets a little higher than normal I believe. I picked these bikes up at a yard sale a few years ago for pennies and they've just been sitting since, so I thought I would pass them on. I'm kicking myself now because I had the chance to buy 2 more of them, but I didn't have enough cash on me at the time and when I went back the other two were gone. I have no idea about services but I would guess they haven't been serviced at a bike shop. Do you think it would be worth buying tires/tubes for the red one and tuning it up myself or just sell as is? Thanks for the replies.

It wouldn't make since in most markets but it SF $30 for some basic tires and tubes and $20 for cables and some bartape might make sense on the red one considering you could get $200 maybe more nicely cleaned up and ready to go for the bike.

The bike ought to look like its ready to roll if you want top dollar for them. The red one is a classic old bike, it's a UO-8. Low end bike but it has a lot of nice details and was well built.
