Nishiki Sport from the 80s
Ok, so I'm looking for a bike I can use as a steel bike to ride in the city. I also slowly replacing everything on my aging Litespeed and it would be nice to put modern stuff on an old frame (and learn about bike maintenance).
So I found the attached Nishiki Sport from the 80s and my questions:
* I can't identify the year of the bike, so I can't look up the geometry info on it.
* I'm 5'6" and I'm kinda worried about the standover height of the bike sized 52
* It's in the Bay Area and that means that it might be overpriced for $285. But the whole bike seems to be in very good shape. Do you think that it's worth it to use as a city bike and a frame to build on?
* I found that the Nishiki Sport is considered as a more relaxed bike. Why? How can you tell it?
Thanks.
